Maureen Rashidifard, Chair: General Correspondence, Outreach, Events
Maureen Rashidifard is a (neuro-diverse) mom of two ND children.
She has worn many hats in her 40+ years on this Earth, including Hairstylist, Teacher, Mom, Wife, Health Physicist, Artist, Sewist, Advocate and general rabble-rouser. In 2021, After struggling with her own mental health issues and navigating the pandemic with children, a full-time job, and a husband that travels, she quit her career in physics to focus on family, advocacy, and eventually her sustainable fashion and art business.
In 2023, while participating in the NH Leadership Series, she became a founding member and Co-Chair of the NH Chapter of the Changing Spaces Campaign, a group that advocates for accessible restrooms with universal changing tables, that has now evolved into the NH Universal Changing Station Alliance.
Maureen's focus has and always will be on bringing attention to unjust systems and working to meet the basic human needs of all people. Everyone deserves to live with dignity.
Rachelle Enes, Treasurer: Communications, Social Media
Rachelle lives in Hampstead, NH. She is a mom of three and has recently left teaching to work as a Family Support Coordinator at Community Crossroads. She is a New Hampshire Leadership graduate class of 2023 and New Hampshire LEND (Leadership Education in Neuro-developmental Disabilities) class of 2024.
Rachelle volunteers in multiple different groups in her community. She is also one of the co-founders of the NH Universal Changing Station Alliance. She feels very strongly about making all communities more inclusive for all individuals living in that community. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and crafting.
Seana Hallberg, Secretary: Non-Profit Liaison, Events
Seana has a background in clinical mental health. She currently resides in Dover, NH with her partner, 3 children and her dog, Theo. She has spent the last 10 years advocating for her children and others within her community. Her focus is on the intersection of disability and mental health.
She is a 2023 New Hampshire Leadership Series grad and 2024 NH-ME LEND (Leadership Education on Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) graduate.
Seana completed the IECA summer training 2022 on educational consulting. She also helps facilitate at Camp Bluestone, an immersive outdoor social learning camp in Chapel Hill, NC. She contributed to the 2023 Low Demand Parenting Summit.
She is mother to three children, two of whom are disabled. She is a parent representative for the New Hampshire Council on Developmental Disabilities’ policy committee.
Anastacia Barr, Board Member: Non-Profit Advising, Outreach
Anastacia has had a varied career in public media with a specialty in public television and working with non- profits. She spent part of her career developing two public television studios in both VT and NH, and has directed and produced several tv shows focusing on local and state issues. Anastacia has spent the last 10 years as a medical advocate and primary care giver for her son, who is medically complex and disabled. She resides in Newmarket, with her husband Bill, and their two boys.
Anastacia sits on the parent advisory council of Waypoint Region 8, and has been a local advocate for inclusion in and around her community.
When not caregiving and being a mom, Anastacia loves to enjoy a good cup of coffee, cook for friends, work out, travel to Disney, and spend time with her family bike riding, skiing and walking the beach.
Amanda Kelly, Vice Chair: Legislative Liaison, Grant Writer, Webmaster
Amanda is a native of Exeter, NH and passionate about improving inclusion and accessibility. In addition to the Universal Changing Station Alliance, she serves/has served on her town’s Facilities Advisory Committee, Planet Playground Committee, Pairpoint Park Committee, and Budget Recommendations Committee. Through these she helped establish the town’s ADA Capital Reserve Fund; make various ADA improvements to parks and playgrounds in Exeter; and assisted the town to win several grants toward accessibility improvements on projects.
Amanda has a background in teaching higher ed as well as running her own business. In her other time, Amanda and her family enjoy hiking, camping, running and cycling.
